Sri Pasupatheeswarar Temple - Avoor
This temple is situated in the village of Avoor in Tanjavur District.
The temple is the 21st head of the Cauvery Tenkarai heads of the 276 Shiva places of Devara. It is called the Punjabiravara since the Temple of the Panchabiravas. One of the 72 -story temples that the elephant built by Kochengutzholan was built.
